Easy Home Shop — I am complaint about wrong delivery

I am shakul on the behalf of Mr. Dalip Singh. Mob. No. [protected]
I have order samsung mobile phone from eassy home shop and i pay 3000 Rs for that. But i am not get mobile phone yet in place i get a humumaan chalisha and many more.I personally cont in their no. but no body pick up my call. how is responsible for that? Company does not pay attention about consumer. Please do needful
