I had booked Air ticket from KOLKATA to NEW DELHI on 31/05/2015 (IRA BISWAS) vide their Booking Reference No.ET 60671 for the Flight 6E-204, Class-L, leaving 14:30 Rs.5271.00 was debited from my account, I received the ticket was not confirmed and rejected due to FARE CHANGE. Now I have been trying to contact them from the last 28 days but their no. is constantly coming busy.I mailed them also but no response.Kindly help me in getting my money back.
