I made my prepaid recharge of Rs.20.00 on 16.12.2018 to my mob no [protected] & recharge was successful.Unfortunately no talktime was added to my account.On the same time Rs.20.00 was debited from my sbi a/c.I made this complain for several times but no positive response from you.I am requesting you to resolve this unusual problem immediately.Hope this type of problem should not be raised in future & also hope I will get positive response from you for this time. Phone no.[protected] recharged on 14/01/2019 but the recharge got failed and the amount of Rs.446 was deducted from my account.The refund is not receied
