I have an EasyMobileRecharge account and have Rs.1799 balance amount in my easy wallet. I want to stop using your website for recharges, so, please issue a refund of the amount 1799 to my bank account. I tried talking to your support team and they are forcing me to continue using your website and use the amount for future recharges. How can you and why are you forcing customers?
If someone wants to close their account you should settle the balance and close the account.
