Eazy2Pay Payment — Transaction failed but amount deducted via eazy 2 pay | |||||
Hi, I used Eazy 2 pay for paying my EB bill today, i got a mail saying that your transaction request is processed, and the amount is deducted from my account. But i havent received any receipt from BESCOM for the payment success. Please let me know if this transcation succeeded as i could still see my bill amount listed in bescom website ( i mean event after doing transaction the amount is displayed.
