Eazy2Pay — Request for revert the my amount.

My Name is Devraj Kumar . Today while doing SOL Delhi University Online payment after I entered my password it prompted me that your session has been expired even we did Not take that much time to make any transaction but after sometime I Have received email from Axis Bank that 3570.24/- amount has been Deducted from my credit card. I also received email from Eazy2Pay Payment Alert that transaction Declined than why amount was deducted from my account. Please help me to get amount revert in my account. Following mail received from Eazy2pay.
