Dear Sir/Madam, I bought Nokia 107 Mobile From Ebay on 25/02/2015 after 3 Days i received the parcel. while i am receiving headphone/charges not working. after i spoke with ebay customer care office they gave service team no: [protected]. i spoke with this no. they are asking to send the materials, i send the spare through courier, after one week they send new one.. same time Mobile not working it''s dead, after spoke to customer care, they are asking to send the mobile through courier, the materials send to repair, after repair they sent it to me, while receiving within two days it''s not working, again i spoke with customer care, again they are asking to send. Totally i fed up with this service.. I bought mobile Rs 999, but i spend courier charges Rs 450/- My Order Id [protected], Record ID: 12448. this materials not made for India i think this is duplicate mobile..Now the mobile is not working totally dead.
