Dear Sir, Claim ID: 523098 dt. 04.06.2014 PaisaPay ID: [protected] Item number: [protected] I have Purchased the mobile handset model bearing name as Auxus Nuclea X OCTA CORE 1.7GHz MT6592 5" HD MULTICORE GPU 1GB RAM OTG iberry and item number and other details as above. I have registered a complaint to ebay Customer Care on 04th June 2014 and they have registered the complaint and given me the claim ID as mentioned above. and later on told that its an manufacturer warranty, so asked me to contact the same, and will get back to me within 5 days for the replay, but till now, no response from their end. as I have approached the manufacturer service center and they clearly told that the problem is from initially itself so, asked me to contact the seller for further assistance. We must aware people to avoid Ebay by social media and all other mode to communication. So Ebay can understand the effect of cheating people.

Dear Vamsee, Thank you for sharing your concern with us, We regret for the inconvenience caused.We would like to inform you that your eBay guarantee claim has been closed completely as per the procedure by the claim adjuster.We at eBay provide 30 days of purchase protection i.e. eBay Guarantee*.But as per eBay policies products with Manufacturer warranty are excluded from eBay Guarantee* coverage as you can visit nearest Authorized service center of the Brand and get the issue resolved.However, if the item that you received was dead on arrival or fake you may provide a DOA / Declaration letter from the authorized service centre to [protected]@ebay.com within 48 hrs stating the same. If you fail to provide the requested document within the stipulated time we would have to go ahead and close this case from our end.
u r right battery is 1400 mAh but they are printing 2800 mAh. Make people totally fool. Never buy Iberry or Auxus Brand.

I have contacted the customer care of Auxus Iberry and they have changed the Battery and really it increased the life o[censored]sage to one hour extra, i.e. from 6hrs to 7hrs. and still my problem didn't got solved. Anyhow you are not going to do anything in this regards.
