[Resolved] Ebay.in — claim adjuster and seller not responding regarding replacement of damaged item | |||
I buyed an item from ebay with following details: Paisapay id [protected] "hydro tech hho bike fuel saver kit"[protected] I recieved the same but it was not working. So i raised replacement claim with ebay on 24/08/2014 Claim id: 620954 So i send the proof of "item not working" and also reciept of returning item back to seller "india post parcel tracking no-cu[protected]in".Seller received the item on 2/9/2014 and since then he is refusing my calls.So I called ebay customer care many times every day but They always just say that i will recieve call from claim adjuster within 24 hrs which i didn't recieved.So I again request the claim adjuster to please call me at the earliest. It has been now more than 15 days of raising claim but no response from claim adjuster and seller. I just want refund / replacement whatever possible at the earliest.
