[Resolved] Ebay.in — Ebay forcing to keep bad product | |||||
I had purchased one "lightning to hdmi hdtv adapter av cable for apple iphone 5/5s/6/6plus/6s/6s plus" from ebay with paisapay id "[protected]", the product has many issues, i logged in complain in ebay same day with claim id : "2309619", i had attached the error pic at time of logging complain and described the error as well and then sent it again over mail as well. but ebay executives closed the query without resolution. and they went further, they removed all the comm done from side on their portal, thank god i had a proof of email conversation for it. They are willingly forcing me to keep the cable that is not working. I hope this forum can help me in sorting this out and so they don't ebay don't mug other customers too.
