Seller had listed Moto G Turbo Mobile with Ebay item id[protected], payment was made using PaisaPay ID : [protected] all the clarification regarding product warranty and sealed packed packing was done and confirmed by seller, seller delivered repacked moto g turbo, when outer envelop was opened inside bubble pack packing motorola company seal was not visible as well as shrink wrap packing, the seller packing has not been opened by me till yet it is in same packing, raised a ebay guarantee Claim ID : 2314113by sybmutting a complaint along with 3 picture on the same day and few question were asked by ebay and its team (12 Times) :1. What type of outer packaging was used to pack the content. 2. What type of inner packaging was used to protect the content. 3. Any damages caused to the outer packaging. 4. Any damages caused to the inner packaging. 5. Please advice specific name of the contents that was damaged/missing as per invoice?. 6. How many items are damaged/missing as per invoice. 7. Please advice what is the value of the item that was damaged/missing as per invoice? 8. Please advice an estimate weight of total item that was damaged/missing? 9. Can the items be repaired? Please Elaborate the meaning of outer packaging, without opening ebay envelop how can i know the content of the ebay s envelop so to check the content ebay s envelop was removed in front of courier person and no motorola seal sticker was visible nor shrink wrap packing was visible from the transparent bubble pack packing for your convenience pictures are uploaded 4. Any damages caused to the inner packaging. Thanks, Regards, Devendra (Space insufficient) (12 Times) with fresh 10 pictures uploaded, in my response i had requested ebay to give permission in writing to take the packing to local police station and open the packing infront and prepare a answer sheet according to question get it signed by appropriate authority and send, today i had received a call but due to network problem the call dropped, i had already mentioned please make all the communications at my registered email address, in one of my messages i have specifically requested paisapay to stop payment on the same day i raised claim. In one of the responses from ebay i was informed that the seller is covered with seller make it right and within 4 days he will and make it right later after 4 days completed i received the same message, but till now i have not received any call from seller, with every communication by ebay it is favouring and covering sellers, and ultimately sellers have also started selling the product as they are sheltered by ebay, in my case also i had send three pictures at the time of raising of claim, in one picture broken box and old looks can be seen, in one of the pictures the company packing is not visible i.e. with the company seal sticker and shrink wrap packing abd on that it is clearly mentioned (usually by all mobile company) if this seal opened or broken please dont buy this product, and it automatically renders the warranty to be void sometimes, in third picture it is clearly visible that used box has been used to pack the mobile, unless i open the packing ebay wont accept, as ebay will say that our seller has sent you the original company packed and sealed product, so i have requested ebay to please provide written letter so that i can take to local police authority, open and check the content of the box and if anything wrong is found at the same time the complaint can be submitted and copy can be sent to ebay but in the process the product will be retained by the police (as informed - not sure) only ebay or its authorities can take delivery of product, i m ready to file a case in consumer court also but first i have to have the permission to open the seller packing and check the content of the box, i have regularly responded to the emails i have received, till now more than 15 reply has been posted by me and more than 10 pictures have been uploaded by me, i have also uploaded more than three communication done with the seller in pdf format as a part of confirmation process, in one of the mails the seller has confirmed to provide seal packed product, in one of the responses the seller has confirmed with motorola manufacturer warranty on the product and one of the responses he has confirmed the colour of the set, in all my communications to ebay i have requested for the replacement of product but when the matter has reached here i want complete refund of the amount, IN ALL MY COMMUNICATIONS I HAVE SPECIFICALLY INFORMED EBAY NOT TO CALL ON MY REGISTERED NUMBER, AS I MAY NOT BE ABLE TO ANSWER THE CALL AND NON ANSWERING OF CALL WILL LEAD TO FORECLOSURE OF CLAIM, KINDLY MAKE ALL THE COMMUNICATIONS AT THE REGISTERED EMAIL, it took me a very long time from to prepare type and send this entire matter, for your convenience i uploading the image of entire page of ebay guarantee claims, Ebay on its site has mentioned about easy claim settlement for product dispatched other than described, from all the papers and documents submitted by me if i dont get any perfect resolution to the solution, i will have to file complaint in consumer forum and ask for appropriate compensation along with the cost of handset, i once again request ebay and its team please DONT CALL ON MY REGISTERED MOBILE, KINDLY MAKE ALL THE COMMUNICATION AT MY REGISTERED EMAIL, thanks regards devendra

There are total 17 pages, on the reply to ebay claim respond pages, only few pages are uploaded if required i m ready to upload all the pages, i have saved them in pdf format also, if ebay is not satisfied with all the pictures, i have taken high resolution pictures with camera each is more than 4MB, so if required please update me and inform me . There are many sufferer like me but they are helpless. Ek muhim honi chahiye aisi company ko go resellers ko protect karke galat mal supply karne ke liye protsahan deti hai, thanks

sir with due respect, the seller had promised to courier company sealed pack product, the product is received by me in broken and opened box secondly the seller had mentioned that product is covered under warranty since the product is not in box pack condition and re-packing done by the seller for your convenience i m uploading the image of the packed product and if you inform me to open, than only packing will be opened and confirmation about the warranty will be confirmed i request you to hold the payment of the seller until i receive the company sealed product with appropriate warranty i have confirmed with the seller that i will receive company sealed product, you can check my communication record please arrange for refund or replacement with new product thanks regards devendra [protected]

Today i have received the message from ebay guarantee claim, that my claim is rejected, the message was received by me at 3:52 p.m. checked by me right, sunday ebay makes a call i m unable to answer the call and the claim is closed, i had already mentioned, "PLEASE DO NOT CALL ON MY REGISTERED MOBILE NUMBER, I MAY NOT BE ABLE TO ANSWER THE CALL AND NON ANSWERING OF CALL WILL LEAD TO FORECLOSURE OF CLAIM, KINDLY MAKE ALL COMMUNICATION AT MY EMAIL REGISTERED WITH YOU IN WRITING" verbally there is nothing to prove as the ebay mentions that the call is recorded for monitoring and training purposes but till yet they have not been able to provide me with any of the recording, on saturday i had received call from mr. sanjay i had specifically mentioned please send all the communication at my email registered with you and he disconnected the call and for the evidence i have the recording with me, i had recorded the conversation on my phone since the ebay guarantee claim has been cancelled i m ready to file a complaint in consumer court. hope everyone in the social media will also understand how the seller fools buyers by not providing the product as described by them and how ebay try to cover them even after more than 43 pictures have been provided by me with all the details, i have also provided the product detail page in pdf format, i have also provided the communication between and the seller in pdf format, than also the ebay has failed to evaluate the pictures and communication and the claim has been closed, i request you i m ready to file a complaint in consumer court, this is the last place for ebay to resolve the matter, take back the delivery of the product and give refund, thanks regards, devendra

I really must congratulate ebay for the increase in number of complaints during this diwali season, let me assure ebay if such things keep on prevailing they will be loosing buyers at very fast pace where other companies are trying to increase their database of customer along with qualitative suppliers,

from the date of raising of issue till the date of closure of claim, only five times call were received out f that three were answered by me and two were recorded by the call recorder, i have already uploaded the audio and in that i have clearly requested mr. sanjay to send all the communication at my email registered with you and instead on sunday, i had received the message that the claim has been closed, i request consumer complaint and its team to escalate this matter and take it to court so that everyone who visit this site must understand how ebay treats its buyer and how it shadows its seller, i have already submitted the required proof than also ebay guarantee which mentions that every buyer is covered upto 50, 000 has failed to settle this without checking or reading any of the mail, ebay on its ebay buyers guarantee clearly mentions that the all the proofs must be collected verbal communication must be avoided and written communication must be there, ebay itself has failed to follow the guidelines provided on its site, i once again request consumercomplaints to escalate this matter as high as possible, i will also try to spread the news with the pictures on social media so that everyone understand what is the real meaning of the ebay buyer guarantee, the executives have tried my number only 5 times and 3times i have answered and 2 times call was recorded by call recorder.

ebay and its executives are really very reluctant or abstain themselves from making any communication in writing, they try to resolve the matter through conversation over the phone, it is very amusing that ebay dont follow the guidelines laid by them for the user / buyers, they try to shadow sellers where as other online stores / virtual marketing company try to resolve the issue by becoming mediator themselves, if ebay wants it can change all this just check the product delivered by the seller or try to evaluate on the scores collected by them, they can blacklist the seller, its ultimately ebay is paying dearly for the sellers mistakes, in todays time every seller is trying to pull as many buyer as possible, by providing good seller, the sellers rating is done secondly like amazon - amazon fullfilled, flipkart - flipkart -flipkart assurance, snapdeal - snapdeal gold like features can be introduced by ebay so that the buyer feels assured about the amount spent by him on buying the product
