Seller had listed Moto G Turbo Mobile with Ebay item id[protected], payment was made using PaisaPay ID : [protected] all the clarification regarding product warranty and sealed packed packing was done and confirmed by seller, seller delivered repacked moto g turbo, when outer envelop was opened inside bubble pack packing motorola company seal was not visible as well as shrink wrap packing, the seller packing has not been opened by me till yet it is in same packing, raised a ebay guarantee Claim ID : 2314113by sybmutting a complaint along with 3 picture on the same day and few question were asked by ebay and its team (12 Times) :1. What type of outer packaging was used to pack the content. 2. What type of inner packaging was used to protect the content. 3. Any damages caused to the outer packaging. 4. Any damages caused to the inner packaging. 5. Please advice specific name of the contents that was damaged/missing as per invoice?. 6. How many items are damaged/missing as per invoice. 7. Please advice what is the value of the item that was damaged/missing as per invoice? 8. Please advice an estimate weight of total item that was damaged/missing? 9. Can the items be repaired? If yes then repair cost. In response : 1. What type of outer packaging was used to pack the content. Ebay Plastic - Non Environmental Friendly Envelop( in the resent times all have switched to corrugated paper box packing. 2. What type of inner packaging was used to protect the content. Bubble Wrap on the missing Companys original packaging i.e. Companys Sticker Seal and Shrink Wrap Packing - Repackaging of the product is done by the seller for your record the picutres are uploaded 3. Any damages caused to the outer packaging. Please Elaborate the meaning of outer packaging, without opening ebay envelop how can i know the content of the ebay s envelop so to check the content ebay s envelop was removed in front of courier person and no motorola seal sticker was visible nor shrink wrap packing was visible from the transparent bubble pack packing for your convenience pictures are uploaded 4. Any damages caused to the inner packaging. Please elaborate, since the product is not in the orginal packing provided by the company i.e. as there is no company s seal sticker and there is no shrink wrap visible from bubble wrap for the record all the required pictures are uploaded 5. Please specify the meaning of this question - as the sellers packing has not been opened, so how can i comment on the content inside, From the uploaded pictures everything can be known by you 6. Please provide the meaning this question and sense, Since the Sellers original packing is not opened the content of box are not known it is very difficult to comment on the damage report, please provide permission to open packing and send you the report, from the pictures please inform the same to me 7. Thanks, Regards, Devendra (Space insufficient) (12 Times) with fresh 10 pictures uploaded, in my response i had requested ebay to give permission in writing to take the packing to local police station and open the packing infront and prepare a answer sheet according to question get it signed by appropriate authority and send, today i had received a call but due to network problem the call dropped, i had already mentioned please make all the communications at my registered email address, in one of my messages i have specifically requested paisapay to stop payment on the same day i raised claim. In one of the responses from ebay i was informed that the seller is covered with seller make it right and within 4 days he will and make it right later after 4 days completed i received the same message, but till now i have not received any call from seller, with every communication by ebay it is favouring and covering sellers, and ultimately sellers have also started selling the product as they are sheltered by ebay, in my case also i had send three pictures at the time of raising of claim, in one picture broken box and old looks can be seen, in one of the pictures the company packing is not visible i.e. with the company seal sticker and shrink wrap packing abd on that it is clearly mentioned (usually by all mobile company) if this seal opened or broken please dont buy this product, and it automatically renders the warranty to be void sometimes, in third picture it is clearly visible that used box has been used to pack the mobile, unless i open the packing ebay wont accept, as ebay will say that our seller has sent you the original company packed and sealed product, so i have requested ebay to please provide written letter so that i can take to local police authority, open and check the content of the box and if anything wrong is found at the same time the complaint can be submitted and copy can be sent to ebay but in the process the product will be retained by the police (as informed - not sure) only ebay or its authorities can take delivery of product, i m ready to file a case in consumer court also but first i have to have the permission to open the seller packing and check the content of the box, i have regularly responded to the emails i have received, till now more than 15 reply has been posted by me and more than 10 pictures have been uploaded by me, i have also uploaded more than three communication done with the seller in pdf format as a part of confirmation process, in one of the mails the seller has confirmed to provide seal packed product, in one of the responses the seller has confirmed with motorola manufacturer warranty on the product and one of the responses he has confirmed the colour of the set, in all my communications to ebay i have requested for the replacement of product but when the matter has reached here i want complete refund of the amount, IN ALL MY COMMUNICATIONS I HAVE SPECIFICALLY INFORMED EBAY NOT TO CALL ON MY REGISTERED NUMBER, AS I MAY NOT BE ABLE TO ANSWER THE CALL AND NON ANSWERING OF CALL WILL LEAD TO FORECLOSURE OF CLAIM, KINDLY MAKE ALL THE COMMUNICATIONS AT THE REGISTERED EMAIL, it took me a very long time from to prepare type and send this entire matter, for your convenience i uploading the image of entire page of ebay guarantee claims, Ebay on its site has mentioned about easy claim settlement for product dispatched other than described, from all the papers and documents submitted by me if i dont get any perfect resolution to the solution, i will have to file complaint in consumer forum and ask for appropriate compensation along with the cost of handset, i once again request ebay and its team please DONT CALL ON MY REGISTERED MOBILE, KINDLY MAKE ALL THE COMMUNICATION AT MY REGISTERED EMAIL, thanks regards devendra Was this information helpful? | |||||
