Hi my Claim ID : 422969 is on hold, please provide me refund, as seller not shipped the item and more than 12 days is over, seller has provide eBay wrong shipment id of dtdc courier which you can verify AWB V16457518, it is wrong invalid shipment id, please do the needful, it is fake seller please take some action against it and please refund my money, I have buyed samung note2 item paisa pay id [protected] on 22 nd feb 2014 now it 4th march Ebay people are not taking action and kept my refund on hold Was this information helpful? | |||

We would like to inform you that according to eBay guarantee it takes a maximum of 20 days to resolve a case, but your claim adjuster will keep you updated regarding the same. However we have escalated this to our team and you will get an update at the earliest.

We have processed your refund on 7th March 2014. Please note that it
takes at least 3-4 working days if the bank is a non-nationalized bank
and 15 working days if the bank is a nationalized bank for the amount to
reflect in your account. In case if you haven't received it we would
request you to send us your bank statement from the date of transaction
till date on [protected]@ebay.com. Our team will co-ordinate with the
bank regarding the same and update you via email. Thank you.
