Ebay.in — Ebay giving laziest service, PaisaPay ID [protected]

i have complain to ebay customer care for below issue and ebay customer executive giving me only time duration to solve the issue. Ebay providing 3rd class and laziest service to their customers, recently i face a issue, i have placed order with "PaisaPay ID [protected]" on 13th june 2015 and it has been cancelled as seller did not ship the product, so ebay had initiate refund on 17th june 2015, after 5 days my refund has been approved that is i had to wait for 5 days for refund approved, then as per ebay commitment i should receive money in my mobikwik wallet with in 3 days of refund approved, but after 5 working days i did not receive refund so on 29th june 2015 i have complaint to ebay that i didn't receive refund yet, then customer executive told me that money will refund you with in 7 working days(and ebay committed that 3 days, see snapshot). now i frustated and again call to customer care after two days on 1st july 2015 and then customer executive told me that we are not responsible for refund as we have already refund the amount and suggest me that contact to mobikwik customer care for refund (great service of ebay), then i leave the expectation of refund but fortunately i receive refund on around 3rd july that is after 9 working days, now my main issue is when i contacted to customer executive for reassign coupon which is used during my this order, this time customer executive told me that your coupon will be reassign automatically after 7-10 days of approved refund, today i.e. 07 july 2015 but i didn't receive coupon, so that i have contacted to customer care again on 06 july 2015 and customer executive told me that wait for 7 days and we will give you another coupon, now i really frustrated and cut the interaction myself, still my issue did not solve and i didn't receive coupon. Ebay gives just long-long time to solve the issue and even after this time interval ebay can not solve the issue, then after being frustrate we have to leave the expectation from ebay. currently there are lots of ecommerce site like flipkart, snapdeal, amazon, these all give fast solution to their customer (within 2-3 days) and ebay gives 7-10 days to solve issue. and still issue never solve completely. so ebay providing 3rd class and laziest service. They just gives time to solve issue but actually issue never solve by ebay my order date is 13th june 2015 and still my complain for this order is pending.

Coupon which is used at the time of placed order is not reassign me yet. (As ebay customer service had promise me that your coupon will be reassign you within 7-10 days of refund approved)
