Dear Sir, I have purchase the Samsung 32H4100 NEW JOY SERIES LED TV on 22/10/2014 and paid Rs. 18, 476.00 after 5 days recived an sms saying that your item not shipped and money witll returned into your account in 3 days, for every 5 days i am receving any message saying that it is under process, its been 20 days but no one is bothered, I am trying to reach customer care but no use, sytem is asking to wait for 30, 40 50 munites which is not possible.
