I had booked a samsung guru 1200 mobile through askme bazaar AWB the seller being E Biz international Number[protected]and order number AB11445521P5511471. and the product was supplied to us on 16th april 2016 evening.
When I opened the piece and inserted the sim everything worked but when I tried to make a call It was showing "Unable to Connect" even the msg was not working.I immediately complained to Askme Bazaar .com and asked them to rectifly. I was instructed to go to the nearest samsung service centre and and get it checked. So I went to Authorised service Centre at Madhapur and reported the matter. on seeing the product the service centre personnell told me that I was duped, bcos the product was not original but a duplicate imitation piece. and they would not do any kind of service to this piece and asked them to return the piece to askme bazaar.com.When I contacted askme bazaar they are asking me to contact the supplier i.e Ebiz. Now will someone tell me what should I do...Should I complain to the consumer forum and also post this matter on the social networking sites. Please solve my problem urgently. I've rcvd combo pack of three jeans cod 6774838, the material rcvd is not of 36 size as ordered and solo colour black has been rcvd where as order of blue and black was given, pl replace it by size 38 and blue black jeans
