Ebiz.com — regarding return of my money

I joined ebiz in feb 2018. I was misguided and was not told details about this company. My upline used to call me about 15-20 times a day and forces to make calls to my friends to join ebiz. When i joined this, everyday i lost atleast 6-7 hours. So i realized that it is disturbing and within a week i cancelled my package and requested for refund of money. But till now i haven't got any refund or any cheque of refund. When will i get my refund?

I have not got my refund and they are not picking my phone number since last 2 months and they have promised me ... and I am suffering from financial problems so plz help me

In case of mine also, they are not picking my phone . After completing 9 months of refund request, i didn't get any refund yet.
