EBS — EBS providing payment gateway to fraud people

I have shopped for rs 10499 on 7th may 2016 on worldclues.com and paid to info edge solution through ebs payment gateway. Then i checked my email for order confirmation receipt, but i didn't get any confirmation email from ebs payment gateway. Then i realized worldclues.com is a fraud website supported by ebs payment gataway.

Please check the attached screenshots and refund my money as soon as
Possible otherwise i'll take legal action against ebs and info edge
Olution.
