I made an online payment ( merchant transaction) through sbi internet banking nthrough ebs ( ingenico group ) payment gateway. On 3 january 2022. Transaction date 3 january 2022. Transaction amount rs 10528.44. Transaction id igamsynsj9. Problem details- transaction was showing successful and the amount got debited from the bank account but did not credited to the beneficiary account. (, ie bhu). I have contacted sbi many times they are saying payment is successful and settled with merchant but when i contact with the ebs ( ingenico group ) payment gateway, they are saying tranaction is failed and they have not received the payment . So the statements of both, sbi bank and ebs ( ingenico group) payment gateway. Are contradictory . So contact the payment gateway and refund my amount of rs 10528.44 as soon as posssible.
