I had placed an order through Indiatimes Shopping on 11-Oct-2014 and the product was dispatched through Ecom Express and the expected delivery date was 18-Oct-2014 but I have not received the delivery or any updates from Ecom Express and when I checked my order status in Indiatimes shopping, it says received payment.
