[Resolved] Ecom Express — not Delevering at the time | |||
I have purchased one product from shopclues.com and they shipped it through this ecom express courier company. They Received the product on 20th October and declare est. time of delivery on 26st October. So i am supposed to received product on that day..when i track my shipment it show's only shipment in transit and they change my shipment est.del.date to 3rd Nov. after so many calls to customer care and maid complaints after received my product, if we have order baby dippers it will come after that baby's grandson purpose. it totally wasting time.People u cant deliver the time then you should not take that product. My fate one more product i have order from WHAAKY.com on Oct 31 st but they have sent that courier the same ECOM express .it suppose to come 03 Nov 2014 . i track my shipment it show's only shipment in connecting But no updation in connecting condition... When I contacted customer care many times. still line busy occur's..very poor services by ecom... My AWB is[protected] Order Number is S80641416..On 3rd November i track my shipment it contiously show only in connecting conditions... Was this information helpful? | |||
