My Name is KAPIL DEV GOPE, a resident of SAMASTIPUR (BIHAR.) On 08 DECEMBER 2014, I bought MULTY RECHARGE SOFTWARE & HARDWARE from ECOM SOLUTION, after meeting with Mr. Ambrish Sadhu at 11, U.N. Brahmachari Road, Constantia Building 6th Floor, Regus Constantia Kolkata - 700017, West Bengal, India on 08th december 2014. I paid him the agreed amount of Rs. 85, 000 in 2 installments, 45, 000 on 8th December 2014 & 40, 000 on 10th december 2014.)against the product though net banking to his HDFC Bank A/c bearing: ECOMSOLUTION HDFC BANK:[protected] IFSC CODE:HDFC0000462 AS of now the above services (Software) is not functional as it has been replaced with other one. The software on which we were given demo has been removed without any reason & notice on 5th january 2015 & since then it is not functional. Me & my associates called several times for the service but no positive things done. We sent final mail before filing a complaint but no reply received yet. Due to this failure I am not able provide service to Distributors, Retailer appointed by me which is making me feel guilty for them. I am filing legal complaints in consumer court as well as civil court with police complaint if fraud and other charges. Any one else who wants their money back, do the same thing so that this can be stopped right here or they will continue fooling peoples... my contact no-[protected] my email id [protected]@gmail.com
