have been speaking with vodafone to resolve the issue for the past 1.5 month.
But there has been no resolution.I have been using the vodafone number for over 7 years its a postpaid number.
Never ever has my monthly bill crossed 500-700/- Number [protected] is been charged almost 1500 Rs Extra for a month of 28July 2015 to 27 Aug 2015
of which 1500 are wrong charges, i was told by your representative at call centre that i will be charged 49 Rs nd i will have free calls to my wifes Number, however when i got the bill it charged me for all the calls i made . i called uo the call centre again and escalated the matter to manager Zahid he apologised for the wrong information provided to me by the previous representative and promised me that he will wave off the charges as the msf was sent via vodaphone but the services were not active by them . after contant calls i Had also approached to relationship Managers and have written them an email but there has been no effective response or solution and top of that they lie to me saying they will callback but i never recieved any ...In fact When I came to know that the bill has crossed the credit limit on Aug I gave a call to Vodafone care for reason. Have never seen such a terrible customer service from any organization. It has been pathetic to say the least. i have been using this number for past years and i cant loose on this number as my entire bussiness relies on this .. i will escalate this matter to TRAI .. and make sure this goes to consumer court 9http://www.consumercourt.info) if this isnt resolved in past 24hours ...
I hope the managers following this thread make note.Kindly sort the issue asap.Thanks.
