Edelweiss Financial Services — emergency credit line scheme

As per govt of india ecl policy. We are eligible for a 20% loan on our outstanding loan amount. Mr. Hazik from ecl called us and confirmed the same also. We are completely eligible for the said loan. Now they are demanding that i pay one emi and then only they will disburse the amount.

As per the policy we should not have any dues with the lender as on 29th february 2020. We didnt have any outstanding. They are unnecessary not passing on the government benefit for the msme
