I received a call regarding switching my existing life insurance policy from hdfc life to your company as i was not satisfied with that policy.
After getting all the details confirmed from the executive i made the payment with below mentioned utr number on 25 august.
Later on after payment confirmation i come to know that the executive was misleading me regarding switching my policy. Instead he provided me a fresh policy about which i wasn't aware nor i want any kind of new policy. Details for the policy are mentioned below.
Kindly refund the paid amount as soon as possible and further look into this matter and investigate my case.
