Edelweiss Financial Services — loan application is pending from almost a month

I have applied for a personal loan in bangalore. One our your executive came and collected the documents at office, after which i'm trying to get in touch with the executive who came for the docs collection and her respective reporting person name "anubhuti" to get an update from almost a month. However, there is no proper response either they say will check and get back or they'll not answer the call.. My cibil got impacted because of this # process.. It's better to close your service if you are not able give a proper service to the customers
