Edelweiss Financial Services — Not Providing Loan Tracker & Outstanding Amount Details

Hi Team, I have taken Housing Loan from Edelweiss Financial Services from beginning of this Year. i have requested them to Provide the Loan Tracker & Outstanding Amount Payment details to File My IT(INCOME TAX) but still i have not get any response from them. i have started to request them form starting of this Financial Year. Due to this still i did not file my IT. If i called the Customer care, they are redirecting my call by informing this is Insurance service please call Finance section. but i have not get any response or proper information from this Group.
