Edelweiss Financial Services — Payment deducted for car insurance renewal but policy not renewed

I processed online for car insurance renewal on 12th sept. Payment debited from my account but i have not received the policy yet.

I am chasing since 12th sept. Call.center is just giving commitment but not resolution
