Education Loan — Bank is denying to providing me a loan

Sir, I want to get a education loan but the banks in our town creating
a problem to give me loan whenever I am passing there eligibility
criteria.And the banks out of my town is denying to give me loan for
my residential problem. I apply for SBI deeg (raj) branch but that
branch is also creating a problem to give me a loan. Please help me to
providing me a education loan immediately.
I was not provided education loan by punjab national bank for my higher studies, they said that 66.2% is enough for getting education loan.the loan department manger get above 90% in the university exam then i will thik of your loan
