[Resolved]  Sikkim Manipal University, Mba Course — Not giving proper information

I have taken admission in Sikkim Manipal University for MBA, distance education in 2012 . I have found that the university is not properly supporting to its students, I am facing many problems but unable to find the solution from learning centers or any other communication sources provided by the university. Learning Center provided Oasis Institute of Health and Research Center, Bibwewadi, Pune, mostly is failing to furnish important notice and information to students on time. At the time of any demand of information it either takes so much time or they give many reasons to avoid the student's queries. Apart from this, after completion of 1st semester I took admission for 2nd semester of MBA from the University and learning center, I have faced many problems such as delay in admission process, getting books, mismatch notices from university and learning centers regarding assignment submission as well as exam time tables. Learning center again failed to provide classes where it is mandatory to conduct classes on staturday or sunday, learning center keeps on giving reason lack of availability of students for not arranging classes, and when it arranged the classes they have clubbed all the batches together in on class, for example - students having exams in the month of April are clubbed together with the batch ending with the exams in the month of June or July, hence the April batch student couldn't learn the whole syllabus. The wrong I have found that, I took admission for 2nd semester in the month of Nov. mid month, my documents was submitted to the university at the end of December, received books in January mid with the noticing information from learning center, that the books may or may not be revised. Another mismatched information provided by the university and learning center about the assignment, no proper date, no proper format, was provided by the learning center and university on time. Meanwhile I tried to contact the regional office of sikkim manipal university located in Mumbai, I was told to send an email about the problem, but still I have not received any response for my mail which was sent in the month of December regarding fees payment receipt, now also my payment receipt is not updated in my Sikkim Manipal University student's ID. Due to lack of guidance and proper information from learning center I couldn't apply for online exam sitting application. I did not receive any mail from learning center, or call or message from learning center. When I have visited the learning center I come to know that the online application date is already over, and I have to apply for re-sitting with the fees of Rs.350/- for each paper (info.given by student counselor at Oasis). When they come to know about their mistake they have arranged my exam starting from 30th may, for which I got the timetable on 24th April after making so much arguments I got the exam center located in Bawdhan. The address given on my hall ticket is "Institute of Professional Skills development pvt.ltd" which is actually in the the building (rather on the 2nd floor) of Arihant Institute of Business Management (Main Name). I don't know what was the problem in mentioning proper address on hall ticket, due to which I missed my 1st exam. I have sent mail regarding the same but still no reply. today, (6/5/2013), I reached at exam center right on time, I tired to log in for 10 mins, but couldn't log on to exam portal, meanwhile buffer time was over and I couldn't give the exam. University and exam center did not provide the information about the changes done about the buffer time. Now who will be responsible for the backlogs? I don't know where can I make complaint. Please tell me the solution for this.
