Hello, I have finished my B.Com from EIILM University in 2011 will Enrollment number - EIILMU/09/F37980. However, i have not yet received the Provisional certificate or Degree for B.Com. I have sent many emails to the university but they do not respond at all. Can i lodge a complaint against them in consumer forum? If yes, I would like to lodge a mental harassment case against them. Can you please order them to issue me my Degree and Certificates? I need them as i need to submit them in my job in order to retain my job. Thanks, Jagmohan Mobile # [protected]
