Eiilm University — Non receipt of verification of documents

The university is not able to issue verification of b com degree after taking of all dues. Can somebody help me out. RTI also returned back by university by not accepting it from postman

ELLIM is a fake university, but people is providing fraud degree by printing only.as you already aware from your heart that you have received as a fraud printed degree without any study and examination, Anyhow you have destroy your money as well as time.
