Eiilm University Sikkim — For not receiving BA final year marksheet and degree

SIR,
My self Soni Satish Kumar S/o Mr. Subhash Chandra. My enrolment number is EIILMU/10/s/2115134. I have done my BA in the academic session of Jan 10 to Dec 10 (roll no. 100706), Jan 11 to Dec[protected] & Jan 12 to Dec12. I only had received my first year and second year marsheets from the study centre. When i approached them for final year marksheet and degree certificate they informed me that, the university is closed and all the marksheets are hanged. Being a defence soldier i do not get this much time fo re-start my studies and spare another three years into this. You are requested to help me in finding my final year marksheet and degree certificate from EIILM University Sikkim if possible.
