Eiilm University — Unavailability of marksheet.

My daughter sanjukta jana d/o - satyaranjan jana enrollment no-eiilmu/11/y314213, session-july 11- june 12 in b. A. (Geography) completed 3rd year b. A. Course but its a matter of great regret that she have had no marksheet at all. I want to know, whats the reason? Please advice me, how can she get her passing marksheet.
