Electricity — Complain about lights off

Its too much lights is off in our area from yesterday night .. When we call to toll free they did not gave proper answer . so I request to take corrective measures immediately. Its gives to much problem to peoples ... Specially students .. Even there is no rain problem then also light is off so please make sure that light come or else give proper complain no.
