Electrolux — AC Not working properly. No response from the company when contacted

I bought Electrolux AC for 25k last month and it doesn't work properly at all. Have been calling the service center manager and toll free and I am tired of it. Advice people not to buy this brand as they don't respond at all. Frankly I don't think they even care. Please help me out if possible
