Electrolux - Air conditioners — My AC stopped working within 3 months of purchase. Complain registered but no service yet.

I bought AC for 30, 000 INR in March 2014. Which stopped working exactly after 3 months. The next day i called customer care number. They told me i will get service within 48 hours. There is no cooling happening and lot of noise which is really irritating. Now, it has been almost 8 days and my AC is still in same condition. Last 8 days i am calling service center and they give me false promises of giving service the very next day. After paying amount of 30, 000 inr i should not get this kind of service. Need urgent service here
