Electrolux — Damaged machine and mental torture by the service centre manager | |||
There was problem with the water pipe of my washing machine. I called the service centre and a person named Vinod came and he took out the part..leaving my machine in an open state.I had asked them to atleast close the machine in order to prevent it from getting damaged, but there wasnt any response. He showed no signs of return. Since then i have been calling and calling in the service centre but no response from there side. The procudure continued for a month. But now a person named Pawan Gupta (mob- [protected]) has been calling since past a week that he wud come and reinstall the component. After many days this guy showed up, installed the component, but then he stated that my machine is not working as the motor has been damaged. On calling the service centre again and again, the manager- Mr. Rahul Singh of TANGIUNE SERVICE CENTRE, ph-[protected] called me on 25th july 2014, telling that the machine wont be repaired unless rs 5000 will be paid. He said ARROGANTLY THAT IT WONT AFFECT HIM WHETHER I COMPLAIN ANYWHERE, WHETHER IN CONSUMER FORUM OR ANYWHERE ELSE, MY MACHINE WONT BE REPAIRED UNLESS THAT AMOUNT IS PAID.Now my machine is in an inoperable condition and it cant be repaired without paying the money, instrad of the fact that i have been asking these people again and again to close my machine. I am not ready to pay even a penny now. The whole responsibility is of these people of service centre to get it repaired. Kindly look into the matter and take strict action as i am even MENTALLY TORTURED BY THIS MANAGER- RAHUL SINGH. Was this information helpful? | |||
