Electrolux India — Company person again and again pushing for second hand washing machine motor | |||||
My washing machine motor is not working properly. i complained twice in call center. This is my recent complaint number : eblr[protected] Service center person harish (contact number: [protected]) came with second hand motor. and he is arguing that was new one. after some argument he agreed that machine is second hand. and he charging rs. 7000 which is equal to new machine. From past three months i am following him by phone he is not responding. I contacted area sales manager mr. mohan ([protected]) for solution. even he is also not responding from past fifteen days. This kind of fraud doing by electrolux people in market. I am really frustrated with electrolux service. i never suggest this fraud company to anybody in future. I have attached that second hand or used machine image with barr number, as well as my washing machine model number. Was this information helpful? | |||||

We purchased a new fridge in june 2016 from Saini electronic kharar . but it is defective. and replaceed by your company .and now the light point of fridge is not working . please find the soliution for my complaint immediately
