Electrolux India — complaint regarding refrigerator

I have purchased refrigrator on 26.04.2015, with a warrenty period of 5 years on compressor Still i have warrenty period of 1 year but customer care representative said you have to purchace new compressor by paying extram amount and replied as electrolux company not operating.contacted respective dealer even though no use they said customer services are not operating in india.kindly resolve the issue.
