Electrolux India — Front load automatic washing machine problem | |||||
Dear Sir, I am not able to get support/Help from your Electrolux washing machine which is failed under warranty.I brought one Front load automatic washing machine (Model Code : WM EF55VCSL-CME) and it is under warranty (extended 3 year warrant) I have raised complaint for the problem of spin and rinse.Ticket: EBLR[protected] --raised on 9th July …Follow up ticket: EBLR[protected] --raised new one again to get it fixed the issues ASAP. Service team came and taken the PCB to their store and they said after 30 days it is fixed but it cost around 2500+ initially ( in the month Aug) . I requested them to check the warranty and fix as it is failed under warranty only. After few follow ups, Service team requesting me to directly check ASM and GSM in Bangalore locations. I continuously chasing with them since 2 month from now and his answer is HO office should look them. I have called from cell on this customer care and it was charged more then 80 rupees since 2 month. I have proof of call centre data with time stamp. I would request to you kindly consider this is serious issue and respond ASAP. It is open around 5 month to fix a small issues, Now you can understand how bad service are the customer seen from you and your service team/ Electrolux in charge Call me on [protected] in case if you need further info sent above email on aug 29 and many follow up but no use. kindly look at your level now, if you need any doc let me know Was this information helpful? | |||||
