Electrolux India — I'm complaining of poor service of electrolux. | |||
I have purchased electrolux 6.2kg top load washing machine on dated 24th apr'2016 through flipkart, till now it is being repaired 8 nos of times in span of last 1.5 years (Currently machine is under warranty). Basic problem of the machine is remained same till now since the first complaint. Eventually i fed with the machine as well as the service of electrolux in my area (Jamnagar) in these last 1.5 years by repetitive repairs, also company taking min 15 to max 60 days for repairing each time, hence i may use the machine hardly 6 to 7 months since i bought. Recent complaint i launched on 3rd sep with ref no: raj[protected], till now no response from the service department, i wrote a mail to customer care many times, but their reply will be the same as they will get back soon. Also i have called the area service manager and zonal service manager as informed by customer care, but their phone will be always busy or they put it on hold after they pick the call.
