I have registered complain about my microwave on 8 july and after so many days technician came and said magnetron is not working need to replace for this you have to pay 2500 i told magnetron is in warranty for three years and its been only one year, but he totally denied and took visit charge for nothing doing as he just opened and close and from then i am just mailing to your customer care calling but mr hrishikesh mahanta from silchar area (Area manager) he jst says he dont have magnetron let me check and cut the phone even he dont receive the call dont even care i am facing problem... Horrible service from electrolux.. If you will not contact me and change my magnetron i will file case in consumer forum against electrolux and file a fir for cheating and mental harrassment. My complain no was guw[protected]. Now its your duty to take this matter i am fed up of calling him
