Electrolux India — Not resolving fault of washing machine which is under warranty after registering complaint in customer care.

My washing machine electrolux et70enerm 7kg fully automatic which i bought on 16-nov-2015 is not working properly. I gave complaint to electrolux customer care[protected] on 27-march-2016. And the reply was they will send a person to fix the problem. But today is 2-april-2016 and still nobody came to resolve the issue. Mean time i contacted 3 times again to customer care they repeats the same as early. This product is under warranty and there is no proper follow up from company while giving complaint.
