Hi,

I am writing this email to make a complaint about the fridge i bought a week ago. I have made several called the customer care and the person who visit us says it is working fine. Bu the cooling system of this fridge is pathetic.

I have made a big mistake that i bought this fridge. When i called the shop they say that they are not responsible for the goods once sold.

Please help.
