We had purchased A/c last year in Aug-September, the gas of which has leaked. The service engineer attended to the call but soon after the gas leaked again. We have been trying to get in touch with the authorised service centre who is just responding to our calls but the complaint is not being attended to. The service engineer is not receiving our calls. The contact number of Area Service Manager provided to us is incorrect (is always dead) "so here by we are requesting our Area Service manager Mr. Sayed Hamid ([protected]) to keep in touch with you at the earliest".
The first written complaint was sent on 28th May, 2016 and its been 13 days and the complaint has yet not been attended to.
