I wish to lodge a formal complaint against your technician hashim khan who visited my place to service my ac (1st general service).
The complaint is - the technician was extremely rude to me. When he could not locate my address, he said "i am leaving and will send another engineer", in a very rude manner. I still did not say anything, and went all the way to pick him up on my bike.
This is not the way to behave with a customer.
Later, after service completion, he could not even stay for 1 min and said - "ac is on and i am leaving". I told him at least wait for 5 mins so i can check my ac. His behavior was quite rude and said "i am going". Is this the way to behave?
My other ac samsung's technician was so good and patient.
I am dissatisfied because of his rudeness and behavior. This is the reason why i have not sent the s code.
