Electrolux India — poor service and overcharged | |||
Hi, would like to inform you that we are facing issues with Electrolux split AC. We called engineer thrice in last 4 months as water was leaking and ice forming in the ac. We spent 10726 rupees in the last 4 months. THE AC PROBLEM IS YET NOT RESOLVED. We have called the engineer again & we need to pay him for the visitining charges too. The Engineer who visited was from Srishti Enterprises and they said that they have changed the coyal and wall. But I am sure that they have not changed the parts but just repaired it, or even if they have done it, they have not replaced with the genuine parts as this issue should not have continued. Srishti enterprises took double charge for servicing and stole wall of the ac as well. When we complained Electrolux customer services for the extra charge taken by the engineer, they said that " We need to contact Srishti Enterprises as Electrolux are not responsible for it" Now my concern is - I have called Electrolux customer care and they have send the engineer who have over charged us. It is not my duty to call third party for refund. As per me I have paid to Electrolux engineer and it Electrolux duty to get my money refunded.
