Electrolux India — Refrigerator complaint not attended in 4 days

I logged a complaint on 14th May 2017 for my refrigerator it’s been 4 days and no one taking care to visit & fix the issue.

Their staff just giving false commitment & I’m now really disturbed with such ignorance & such poor customer service.

I called up the area incharge & told him about the situation & seriousness of the issue. But I don’t think they even bother about customer feedback or any issues, since they always commit saying "it will be done today only", but it never happened...
