Electrolux India — Sold a manufacturing defect air conditioner

Electrolux had sold me a manufacturing defect air conditioner in 2013, in the year 2013 itself the air conditioner had started giving problem and i have requested them stating that the air conditioner had a manufacturing defect and they were also knowing that but intentionally started harassing me. Time and again i have requested to replace the air conditioner after the necessary depreciation but they said that we have trapped you and no one will do anything and the same thing happened.in the month of june itself they have collected rs 2400
Against gas refilling and servicing but now this air conditioner is not at all working since the product had manufacturing defect
