Electrolux — New Washing machine not working

My washing machine is still new, less than 9 months old. I have been struggling since more than last 3 months to get my washing machine working. Your technician is not able to solve the problem and hence I have asked for a replacement. Replacement is also approved but there is no communication from you as of when the replacement shall be done. The washing machine is not working and I'm fed up with this "dabba". I request you to please take it away. There is no support available, and it is very hard to find the right contact.
